Our Reservations Representatives receive inbound calls from our international customers and meet their travel needs by providing efficient and courteous service in their language of choice. Our Reservations Sales Representatives take calls in the local languages from Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, UK and Ireland.&lt;br /&gt;

Our lines are open 365 days a year from 7:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 16:00 on weekends and we work in shifts.&lt;br /&gt;

The Training&lt;br /&gt;

We are looking for Kids Rep (m/f) for our resorts abroad.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Your role&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Welcoming and supervising children from 4 to 17 years&lt;br /&gt;
•	Entertaining by leading manual and/or sports activities &lt;br /&gt;
•	Organising game workshops and a weekly show&lt;br /&gt;
•	Reassuring children and parents &lt;br /&gt;
•	Being responsible for children’s hygiene and safety &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Your profile&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluent French compulsory, another foreign language a plus (German, Dutch, Russian, Italian)&lt;br /&gt;
•	Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months or during  school holidays&lt;br /&gt;
•	Working experience in childcare supervision (summer camp) mandatory&lt;br /&gt;
•	CPR &amp; First Aid preferred&lt;br /&gt;

•	Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)&lt;br /&gt;
