• Stay abreast of market, competitor and industry trends to help formulate the most appropriate marketing/brand strategies&lt;br /&gt;
• Create and optimize sales support for print and web with a freelance/in house graphist&lt;br /&gt;
• Write products texts in accordance with the inputs of product developers and the brand positionning&lt;br /&gt;
• Responsible for the photo and videos shootings organization and efficiency &lt;br /&gt;
• Manage the PR plan and coordinate with the online marketing manager to ensure  consistency. &lt;br /&gt;
• Negotiate partners quotations&lt;br /&gt;

Offline Marketing Manager - The Person:&lt;br /&gt;

- Provide support to the local market. Ensure and monitor that the market achieves its set KPIs: clean order book, fast claim turn-around, working with company guidelines/processes. &lt;br /&gt;
- Develop a clear set of KPIs to monitor the order to delivery chain.&lt;br /&gt;
- Act as an intermediary between customer, sales and internal departments. Provide all information from internal departments, such as planning, design, logistics, and commercial to the local markets.&lt;br /&gt;
- Manage central processes such as samples arrangements, price lists management etc.&lt;br /&gt;
- Train local super user on system developments.&lt;br /&gt;
- Manage order book after sales campaigns finish, make agreed changes.&lt;br /&gt;
- Ensure that release rules work for the market.&lt;br /&gt;
- Make any necessary manual amendments.&lt;br /&gt;
- Gather feedback from the market on processes &amp; systems and communicate them centrally for development and improvement of processes. &lt;br /&gt;
- Run tools only allowed to be used centrally such as mass order updates, overriding of dates. &lt;br /&gt;

Requirements&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Minimal 3 years in a logistical or supply chain environment.&lt;br /&gt;
English language (knowledge of any other European language is a plus)&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor level studies.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Communicate effectively; makes effective and persuasive presentations, both oral and written. Considers issues of style, content, audience, impact, and timing when shaping communication.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
