The Role

The Bloomberg Installations team is seeking a dynamic individual to do project management in a fast-paced, technical phone support environment. The person in this role will learn how to effectively guide all Bloomberg clients through procedures necessary to integrate the Bloomberg product to the client's network.

Key responsibilities include, Introducing the professional Bloomberg service to first time clients, determining what will be the best infrastructure for client connectivity to Bloomberg within policy, ordering/troubleshooting communications lines, assisting client's technical staff on network configurations, meeting project deadlines and monitoring a high volume project queue.

Qualifications:

- Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese
- Minimum 1 year experience in a helpdesk environment
- Proven excellence in customer service and phone skills
- A solid understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, as well as sound knowledge of communication lines and networks
- Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, be a team player and be customer focused with the ability to inspire confidence in clients
