The area: Large Customer Sales
The regional Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with our major advertising clients and agencies to develop digital solutions that build our clients' businesses and brands. We are in a unique and exciting position to shape how marketing and business is conducted in the digital age. We generate revenue from across Google's broad range of solutions, from Google AdWords, to YouTube, to Mobile, that help our customers connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences and get the most out of the web.
The role: Lead Key Account Manager
Google's Reseller program helps businesses set up advertising accounts with Google. The Reseller team is made up of highly proficient self-starters with tremendous sales and people skills. On this team, you develop solid relationships with clients and agencies, while providing a strong level of support to colleagues in various Sales departments. You strive towards your team's revenue goals thanks to your results-driven work ethic and commitment to creating new business opportunities in a tight market. Your travel allows you to build relationships with all possible clients and agencies throughout your region.
Responsibilities:

* Build strong partnership with 3rd party to influence and win key deals on large enterprise advertisement project.
* Establish creative business model in emerging digital marketing with 3rd party partners, manage sales cycle to maximize market share and create market advocacy.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years of work experience in relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 7 years relevant work experience, including experience with advertising agency, or brand management, advertising sales, partner management experience in Internet company.
* Experience in identifying opportunities for business improvement and measuring the success of those initiatives.
* Expertise in online advertising, digital media and/or Internet marketing.
* Demonstrated partner relations, account management, and sales skills. Proven track record of exceeding goals.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
* An independent, self-motivated leader who has a track record of managing teams successfully and working at both highly tactical and strategic levels.
