You are the voice and ear of Zalando and the first contact person for our customers. You will handle inquiries via telephone, mail and chat about delivery, returns, payments, product information and a lot more!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

-Expertise. You have previous experience in customer care and are customer focused and passionate about excellent customer service.

-Communication. You always find the right words and know how to turn customers into fans. You have excellent knowledge of Dutch in written and spoken form and are also fluent in English.

-Multitasking. Working with different software like SAP, Salesforce or ACD brings you fun, even under time pressure. You take the right conclusion from our customer’s feedback and actively support the improvement of our customer service. You have excellent computer skills.
