Our client C3 is a Customer Communications Conduit for corporations who view customer care as a strong component of their growth and brand development strategies. The Customer Care Representative will provide outstanding service acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products and services related to client programs. Associates will provide callers with thorough service that builds relationships, resolves issues and increases overall trust and satisfaction in client’s products and services.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. 1+ years of experience in customer service required ideally in the program’s industry&lt;br /&gt;
2. Degree or appropriate education may be substituted for experience&lt;br /&gt;
3. Travel and/or Hospitality industry experience preferred&lt;br /&gt;
4. Call Center experience preferred&lt;br /&gt;
5. Phone sales and customer service experience required&lt;br /&gt;
6. Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills&lt;br /&gt;
7. Ability to pass all skill assessments including demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications&lt;br /&gt;
8. Ability to pass background check&lt;br /&gt;
9. Language requirements: must be bilingual with any combination of the following languages spoken:&lt;br /&gt;
a. English/German&lt;br /&gt;
10. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers&lt;br /&gt;
11. Strong decision making and analytical abilities&lt;br /&gt;
12. Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings&lt;br /&gt;
13. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime when needed&lt;br /&gt;
14. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction&lt;br /&gt;
15. Meet all attendance and dependability requirements&lt;br /&gt;
16. Team player&lt;br /&gt;

Role: This role will focus on building relationships with the consumers. You will also respond to all consumer enquiries and complaint handling. In addition the incumbent will have a degree of social intelligence being aware of others reaction and understanding why they react as they do. In this role you will be working with their Business Clients to ensure optimum customer service. You should manage each problem that arises until it is resolved and improve work exercises to the best of your ability to achieve the best results.&lt;br /&gt;

Skills: To be considered for this role it is mandatory to be fluent in Norwegian and English. You will also have one years experience in a contact centre environment. In addition strong communication skills are a must with the ability to analyze and understand information and ideas presented in verbally or in writing.
